Hello and Welcome to the new blog!! I have been wanting to update my blog all wedding season to match the look and feel of our new website… and finally it is done.
After a lot of coding and recoding I have something that I feel represents our brand and I am able to show off all of our amazing weddings we have been doing!!!
Thank you to the amazing Betsy Wall Photography for the wonderful header image. I have been lucky enough to work with Betsy Twice in the last 2 months and she has captured amazing images!! I am going to be updating the blog a lot in the near future because images from photographers are coming in like crazy and I am so excited to share!!!

We are so excited to share Jenna and Jesse’s Wedding video from the VERY talented Capture Studios! This wedding will always hold a special place in my heart.. not only because of all of the LOVE that Jenna and her mom poured into personalizing this wedding.. but also because it is right by my hometown. It is so fun to get out of the city a few weekends out of the year!!!

There is no secret that we love outdoor weddings and farm weddings! I think that the personalization that is done when a wedding is hosted a the couples home/farm is really what makes the wedding very unique and memorable. This past weekend’s wedding was NO Different.. if you follow me on Facebook, Twitter or Instagram you are probably sick of these images.. but I had to share as my email was flooded in the last 2 days with questions on the decor!! I have attached our photos from our lovely iPhones.. but I can not wait to see and share with you the professional photos!!

Carly and Joe’s Wedding is the perfect example of when a Perfect Vision meets the perfect venue and the perfect weather!! When I met with Carly and Joe and heard about their “look” for the day I was so excited! It was straight out of Style Me Pretty and Minnesota Bride!! The bride’s that call us the oct are all looking for the same thing.. a unique location with lots of personal touches and that is JUST what Carly and Joe got on their October wedding date!! I wish I could have been there.. but I was due with my son that week.. so my AMAZING coordinators Andrea and Brooke did a wonderful job and nailed it!!! Thank you for all of the amazing vendors that helped out with this wedding!!<BR>

We are SO lucky to not only do what we love every single day, but to get to work with amazing couples, vendors, partners and friends!! Thank you!! We will find out if we take home the top honor at the awards ceremony in July!!

When I started Lasting Impressions six years ago personalizing the wedding was all about picking out decor that meant a lot to the couples, finding favors that were unique and different and adding lots of “personality” to the stationary and paper products! Personalizing Weddings is my favorite part of my job. I always say that I want to make your wedding a lot more than just “Another pretty wedding” I want to make it about the couple and I want people to leave feeling like that wedding was “them”. Wedding food has evolved over the years. It is now a platform to really showcase what the couple loves to eat and where they came from.
