Woods Chapel and Lafayette Club Wedding- Chanel and Mike

Chanel and Micheal had been planning their wedding for a few years when the big day finally arrived and they were so happy to finally just be married!!!! I met Chanel and Mike after they had already picked out the Woods Chapel and the Lafayette Club and I had a lot of fun combining their personal style with the venues to create a very unique,elegant and botanical wedding!! Chanel and Mike love the outdoors and we wanted to bring that style into the classic venue of the Lafayette Club!

Monica and Brenden- Spicer, Minnesota Wedding

Monica and Brendan are not only one of the sweetest couples you could meet.. They also have a great love story!! Monica lives in Central MN (In the Willmar area!) Brendan is from Tennessee and was living in Vegas at the time he met Monica. They were both in California for a friends wedding, happened to meet, hit it off and start a long distance relationship…. Fast forward a few years and Monica was able to get Brendan to move to this frozen tundra we call Minnesota so that they could be together!! If that is not fate and good timing, I am not sure what is!!!
The minute you meet Monica you realize exactly why Brendan would move across the country.. She is so sweet, thoughtful and has the most adorable little girl ever!!!

It was an honor to be apart of their big day and the planning process.. and It was so much fun to get to go to a location that I have never been (I cant wait to go back to Green Lake!!) And help design a wedding that was exactly what they wanted!!!!

Calhoun Beach Club Wedding- Kaitlin and Jeff

Lets start out 2015 with a bright and colorful wedding from one of my favorite venues- Calhoun Beach Club!! With it being -9 degrees outside I am fondly remembering this June wedding!! Kaitlin and Jeff have smiles that are contagious and they took everything with stride while planning their dream wedding! Not even rain and some colder then average June wedding could damper their day!! Preston from Brovado Weddings is amazing to work with and manages to find the best locations even on one of the busiest wedding days of the year!!

Nicollet Island Pavillion Wedding – Katie and Ethan

You will notice a few different things when you look at the Katie and Ethan’s wedding photos that I chose for the blog… There are a ton of them in black and white.. and the bride and groom are always kissing! Katie and Ethan were just such a lovely, classic bride and groom that adored each other!! I first met Katie when she was a bridesmaid in Kaley and Matt’s wedding! There is nothing better for me then when I get to coordinate a wedding for a couple that has seen me in action! There is no better compliment then someone recognizing that they need your services and they want you to be a part of their big day! And that is just what happened with Katie and Ethan! They live out in Washington DC and this whole wedding came together with a few quick trips back to Minneapolis and Numerous ( and I mean numerous) emails locking down all of the details! Lauren Kirkbride Photography captured the beauty of the Nicollet Island Pavillion, the Basilica of St. Mary and the bride and groom perfectly! It was a classic wedding with a vintage twist!! Merry First Christmas as a married couple Katie and Ethan!!

Minikahda Club Wedding – Katie and Luke

It was a perfect Spring day when Katie and Luke tied the knot at Our Lady of Grace and then partied the night away at The Minikahda Club !!! This was one of the first weddings of the year and it was such a good way to start the year off right!! Katie was very Type A (I love that..and can relate!!) and my goal is that she would not have to think about a thing on the day and she would be able to let go and just enjoy herself.. and I think that it worked 🙂

Beautiful whites and greens accented the new Minikahda Club Wallpaper and decor perfectly and was the perfect way to start off spring!! My favorite part of their wedding was probably the late night snacks from McDonalds.. when I went to pick up 100 cheeseburgers and fries I got lots of strange looks from other McDonalds customers and I received a lot of rave reviews from guests!!
